Common questions

I bought the unlock and it is asking me to buy again

Open Settings — the gear at the top right of the home screen — and tap Restore Purchase under Purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought it with. The unlock is a one-time purchase and covers both the iPhone/iPad app and the Mac app.

How many free games do I get?

Seven completed games, not a countdown of days. Install it and come back in a month if you like — the trial waits for you. After that, one purchase unlocks everything, for good.

Is every deal winnable?

Klondike, FreeCell and one-suit Spider deal from a bank of deals a solver has proven can be won. Two-suit and four-suit Spider deal at random, because proving those winnable is not currently tractable — we would rather say so than make a promise the app breaks.

How do I earn the other card decks?

By playing. Every win scores a point and every win without undo scores two, and the decks unlock along a single ladder as your total rises. There is nothing to buy — the decks are earned, and volume alone will get you all of them.

The daily challenge says I have already played today

That is deliberate: one attempt a day, the same deal for everyone, so a streak means something. A new deal arrives at midnight in your local time zone.

My streak disappeared

A streak survives until a day is actually missed. If yours reset unexpectedly, email us with roughly when it happened and we will look into it.

Does it work offline?

Entirely. The app has no network of its own — Game Center leaderboards are the one exception, and every game is fully playable without a connection.

Can I turn off the sound or the animations?

Yes — Settings has sound, haptics and animation speed, and the app never interrupts music you are already playing.

Accessibility

Colour-blind-safe and high-contrast decks are included as decks rather than buried in a settings toggle, and they are available from the start. If something is hard to read or hard to reach, tell us — that is a bug worth fixing.

Privacy

The app collects nothing. See the privacy policy.
